The happy vibe in this counter service restaurant is highlighted by friendly and attentive staff! The bbq pulled pork tacos were exceptional but the fried shrimp tacos will made me want to sing! The margarita was my biggest surprise: a little bit of spicy/tangy salt on the rim with no heavy sweet and sour syrup in it. Yum! As promised, I am adding a photo of the awesome cushions on the brightly painted metal stools. It makes a high top you could sit at for hours, trying every single dish!!

This place is such a cute and cozy spot. The vibes are everything!! So colorful and vibrant and the service was A1! Absolutely loved it. Drinks are on point, happy hour and brunch are also a thing and are great!

This food is great and the guacamole was awesome. Loved everything I ordered; vegan veggie burrito bowl, sidewinder fries and a yummy mojito. Cute fun atmosphere with friendly staff to top it off.

We stop here several times a year on our way north. The quality of the food is always fresh and can have a kick! Had the Al pastor tacos this time and they were amazing! Cool vibe too.

Went to taco project today and had a wonderful time . Raymond and Jesus was very welcoming and very helpful with helping decide what to order. Drinks were amazing . 10/10 . Can’t wait to come back

Eating at the Taco Project is a really positive experience. On our most recent visit, when we walked in the door, we were immediately welcomed by both staff members who were behind the counter - super nice and a great first impression. It was easy to place our order with their friendly, helpful staff and then we waited at our table, enjoying the fun vibe. Our food came out quickly and was delicious, as always. We love their tacos of course, also the burritos and rice and beans, but this was the first time I ordered the tortilla soup and I was impressed - really hearty and just so so good. A staff member came by at least twice to check on us, refilling water, clearing empty dishes, and bringing a to-go container -- things you don't always expect at a counter service restaurant but which are greatly appreciated. We really like their consistently great food and great service.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always super friendly, especially when I bring my kid along, they go out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s one of those spots where you can relax and actually enjoy your meal. The food is amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been full of flavor and cooked perfectly. And the drinks are just as good. definitely recommend trying a margarita (or two!). It’s become one of our go-to spots for a reason.L
